By registering or using the Surabhi Go Seva platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Surabhi Go Seva provides an online platform for ordering pure, organic cow-based products including milk, ghee, paneer, and other dairy products sourced directly from ethically maintained Go Shalas.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of pricing errors or unavailability.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and areas are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your scheduled deliveries.
6. Privacy
We collect your name, mobile number, address, and optionally your email address solely to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
